概述：

    往復式出灰機又稱托板出灰機，主體為一對對稱分部的篦板小車，通過傳動裝置沿固定軌道作往復運動，托動成品石灰落入爐底料斗內。這種出灰機結構簡單、重量輕、容易制造：但其出灰均勻性差，托板兩側易造成死角，調解不及時時，易造成焙燒帶傾斜，對下來的粘結料塊起不到破碎作用，且托板箱體面積較大，不易密封，容易造成底部漏風而影響爐內氣流分部和環(huán)境污染。    

在70年代設計和建造的石灰窯中，相當一部分使用這種出灰設備，因后期維護和保養(yǎng)較為復雜，故障率高，需要人工多注意設備狀態(tài)。

目前國內石灰窯已經基本不選擇該類設備。
