概述:
往復式出灰機又稱托板出灰機,主體為一對對稱分部的篦板小車,通過傳動裝置沿固定軌道作往復運動,托動成品石灰落入爐底料斗內。這種出灰機結構簡單、重量輕、容易制造:但其出灰均勻性差,托板兩側易造成死角,調解不及時時,易造成焙燒帶傾斜,對下來的粘結料塊起不到破碎作用,且托板箱體面積較大,不易密封,容易造成底部漏風而影響爐內氣流分部和環(huán)境污染。
在70年代設計和建造的石灰窯中,相當一部分使用這種出灰設備,因后期維護和保養(yǎng)較為復雜,故障率高,需要人工多注意設備狀態(tài)。
目前國內石灰窯已經基本不選擇該類設備。
