概述:
往復(fù)式出灰機(jī)又稱托板出灰機(jī),主體為一對對稱分部的篦板小車,通過傳動裝置沿固定軌道作往復(fù)運(yùn)動,托動成品石灰落入爐底料斗內(nèi)。這種出灰機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕、容易制造:但其出灰均勻性差,托板兩側(cè)易造成死角,調(diào)解不及時時,易造成焙燒帶傾斜,對下來的粘結(jié)料塊起不到破碎作用,且托板箱體面積較大,不易密封,容易造成底部漏風(fēng)而影響爐內(nèi)氣流分部和環(huán)境污染。
在70年代設(shè)計(jì)和建造的石灰窯中,相當(dāng)一部分使用這種出灰設(shè)備,因后期維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)較為復(fù)雜,故障率高,需要人工多注意設(shè)備狀態(tài)。
目前國內(nèi)石灰窯已經(jīng)基本不選擇該類設(shè)備。
