氫氧化鈣設備設備特點：

1、采用雙軸攪拌結構，具有攪拌、粉碎結塊和自清理等多重功能。它獨特的葉片和攪拌方式，使生石灰與水混合均勻、反應充分，對在反應過程中產生的結塊起到破碎作用。

2、消化器進料口設計有螺旋給料推進器，方便物料輸送，為防止消化過程中產生的粉塵回流，本設備設有排蒸汽和粉塵的專用通口，可通過連接管道排到專用除塵系統，配合我公司的DMC型脈沖除塵Q器一起使用，能夠很好的處理生石灰在消化過程中產生的粉塵和有害氣體，使用后可達到廢棄揚塵白灰再次利用，現場環境無粉塵污染，符合環保發展要求。
