圓盤出灰機是現代機械化石灰豎窯中主要設備之一，在石灰生產中，出灰的過程對成品灰的質量和產量至關重要。我公司結合國內石灰窯的生產狀況，研制了幾種不同型號的圓盤出灰機，wd100-200系列圓盤出灰機，出灰時爐內物料均勻下降，料面不偏斜，并且在出灰過程中不破損塊狀石灰，能高質量的、準確的全自動化進行生產。特別是近兩年推出了新型高效率，長壽命，易維修的新產品，檢修時無需停產卸灰便可更換全部傳動裝置零部件。經過全國幾十座窯爐長期使用，性能穩定，運轉良好，受到用戶一致好評，該產品主要由電動機，減速器，傳動軸，轉盤，刮刀等件組成。
