圓盤出灰機是現(xiàn)代機械化石灰豎窯中主要設備之一，在石灰生產(chǎn)中，出灰的過程對成品灰的質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)量至關重要。我公司結(jié)合國內(nèi)石灰窯的生產(chǎn)狀況，研制了幾種不同型號的圓盤出灰機，wd100-200系列圓盤出灰機，出灰時爐內(nèi)物料均勻下降，料面不偏斜，并且在出灰過程中不破損塊狀石灰，能高質(zhì)量的、準確的全自動化進行生產(chǎn)。特別是近兩年推出了新型高效率，長壽命，易維修的新產(chǎn)品，檢修時無需停產(chǎn)卸灰便可更換全部傳動裝置零部件。經(jīng)過全國幾十座窯爐長期使用，性能穩(wěn)定，運轉(zhuǎn)良好，受到用戶一致好評，該產(chǎn)品主要由電動機，減速器，傳動軸，轉(zhuǎn)盤，刮刀等件組成。
