Acoustics Engineer（美國500強通訊類產品制造商，亞太區研發中心職位，良好的薪資福利待遇和海外培訓機會） Responsibilities: Responsible for engineering analysis to select and execute detailed electro-acoustic design approaches consistent with the design and schedule goals . This includes communication with development team, selection and costing of acoustic and electrical devices, components and assemblies. Also responsible for front-end feasibility studies, prototyping, pilot runs, production line start-up support and systems development for new or OEM communications headset products. Must Haves: BS in Engineering or related technical discipline with emphasis in acoustics or electronics Three + years electro-acoustics design experience Knowledge and experience in theories of acoustic design and sound quality Intermediate analog electrical circuit design Knowledge and experience in electro-acoustic transducers, e.g. microphones and speakers Knowledge and experience in various acoustics elements, e.g. acoustic filters Experience in reading and writing technical specifications in English Hands-on approach to prototyping and verification measurement Experience with lab equipment, i.e. B&K, Audio Precision and equivalent system Able to carry out designs independently, and be able to coordinate with team members from other functions, e.g. industrial design, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing and quality assurance, etc. -- A good team player Skill to be cost sensitive in term of high volume products from definition into production on aggressive schedules Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Good computer skills Very Desirable： Experience with telephone terminal equipment and systems Advanced degree in acoustics Experience with acoustics modeling Experience with MatLab, PSpice, etc. Experience with DOE techniques, statistical process control & QFD Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Project
